DeepSeek-V4-Flash Launches on Nebius, Intelligence Index Jumps to 52

DeepSeek-V4-Flash-0731 is now live on the Nebius Token Factory platform. According to DeepSeek, the new version features major gains in agentic coding, repository-level tasks, and tool use.
At maximum reasoning effort, the model scores 52 on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index, a solid increase from the previous V4 Flash score of 42. Developers can build with it via an OpenAI-compatible API.
