Open-source ML Engineering Book massively updates GPU accelerator benchmarks

The Machine Learning Engineering Book (18.5k GitHub stars), maintained by Stas Bekman, has received a massive update to its Accelerators chapter.
The revision includes numerous corrections and incorporates new GPU data, compared across critical ML categories. It covers a bird's-eye view of high-end accelerator reality, theoretical TFLOPS calculations, maximum achievable FLOPS, and Matmul FLOPS comparison tables.
