New in Claude Code: Sessions Can Now Message Each Other

Anthropic's CLI tool Claude Code has been updated with the ability for sessions to message each other. Instead of re-explaining context in a new session, users can now instruct Claude to send a summary to another session, which then picks up the task mid-way.
