Claude Code False Positives Kill Sessions and Delete User Work

A user reported that Claude Code still exhibits frustrating false positives regarding cybersecurity topics. Simply processing a news story about a cyber incident triggered the safety mechanism, which killed the session and deleted the user's work. The user noted that such false positives occur about once a week; while the "restore to previous message" function works, the experience remains super annoying.
