Claude Code v2.1.225 Released: Fixes MCP OAuth, Headless Auth and Web Session Bugs

Anthropic's CLI coding agent Claude Code gets a significant update in v2.1.225. This release tackles several developer pain points, notably fixing MCP OAuth server failures on macOS caused by keychain read timeouts and resolving transient 401 errors in headless sessions.
The update also introduces gateway spend-limit support in usage warnings, improves Remote Control cross-device messaging, and patches edge cases like misreported stuck sessions on the web and broken history after compacting massive conversations.
