Eric Jang shared an insightful observation: counterintuitively, AI can often deepen our appreciation for human creativity. He noted that building complex narrative maps before the era of coding agents might have seemed eccentric, but today, AI offers incredible analytical power.
Using an AI tool called Fable, he analyzed the vast worldbuilding of A Song of Ice and Fire. The AI successfully mapped a multilayer graph spanning 300 years, identifying 3,942 characters—surpassing official wikis—and finding only 41 narrative inconsistencies. This showcases AI's remarkable potential in deep text comprehension and complex logic mapping.
