GitHub Copilot CLI Update: Enterprise Sandbox Policies, tgrep for Large Monorepos

GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.79-8 has been released with several improvements:

Enterprise & Security: Added support for the allow-auto-only policy. Enterprise-managed sandbox policies can now enforce a proxy URL while keeping credentials user-controlled.
Workflow & Config: The /sandbox dialog regrouped authentication settings under a new Auth tab (legacy keys are deprecated and rejected). Introduced a worktreeBaseRef setting to unify the starting branch for worktrees.
Performance & UX: The model picker now groups models into Recent, Recommended, and New sections. For large monorepos, the search engine switched from ripgrep to tgrep (trigram-indexed grep) for faster regex search. Also fixed an issue where local tool directories on PATH incorrectly triggered read-only filesystem blocks in the sandbox.
