OpenAI recently introduced a data access and export feature for Managed ChatGPT accounts. Users noted that this functionality allows IT administrators to directly export and download chat logs of organization members.
This raises fresh enterprise privacy concerns: executives or employees might have previously assumed their private chats were inaccessible to IT staff, but sensitive business plans or personal matters within these conversations can now be internally retrieved.
