Amazon Announces 34 Recipients for its $110M Build on Trainium AI Research Program

Amazon Science has announced the 34 recipients of the Build on Trainium program. This is a $110 million credit initiative designed to support AI researchers across 30 universities by providing access to AWS Trainium chips.
The program aims to lower the barrier for academic institutions to conduct advanced AI research by offering substantial cloud computing resources, while simultaneously driving the adoption and ecosystem development of Amazon's custom-designed AI silicon.
