Commenting on the extremely low cost of AI model inference, Randal Olson humorously pointed out that you can't even get a burrito for $10 anymore, but that same amount can run an AI agent hot for a month with tokens to spare. He later expressed concern that it will be devastating when the industry stops using investor money to subsidize these cheap AI costs.
