Former Meta researcher Finbarr Timbers praised Google's internal infrastructure as world-class. He noted that the developer experience there is fantastic and fundamentally designed for scale.
This echoes a suggestion from ex-Google engineer Heinrich Kuttler, who argued Google should open-source its aging but excellent internal tools and scale them 10-100x for AI agents to win back ecosystem mindshare.
