Cloudflare Launches Radar Researcher: Explore Internet Data in Plain Language
Cloudflare Blog · rss · 2026-08-07
Cloudflare launched the beta of Radar Researcher, an AI-based data analysis tool. Users can ask questions in plain language, and the system automatically queries Radar's API to fetch real data, generating interactive charts and explanations.
The tool supports starting from scratch or using 'Explain with AI' on existing on-page charts. The system feeds a screenshot of the chart, underlying data, and current view parameters to a vision-capable LLM to ensure precise explanations. Conversations are saved, and users can audit the LLM's reasoning process and queried datasets. It is built entirely on Cloudflare's developer platform and Workers AI (like Kimi K2.7), featuring a multi-model fallback chain for high availability.
