Running MiniMax on B200 GPU: 10s Video in Under 2 Minutes

A developer rented an NVIDIA B200 GPU on Runpod to run the MiniMax video generation model (R2V H3 full weights) and shared detailed performance and cost data.
The B200 rental cost is $6.80/hr. After the initial model load into VRAM, generating a 0.4MP, 10-second video takes only 1m 26s (15 steps) or 1m 52s (20 steps). For a 1MP 10-second video, it takes 6m 34s and 8m 37s respectively. The test used 1 reference image and 1 audio reference with a cloned voice.
