Cloudflare Unifies Workers AI and AI Gateway into a Single Control Plane

Cloudflare announced the merger of Workers AI and AI Gateway into a unified AI control plane, eliminating the friction of choosing between distinct product entry points.
Key updates include a unified AI binding and REST API surface, free observability on every request, and the ability to use AI Gateway credits directly on Workers AI. Multi-provider support and intelligent routing are also coming soon.
