Report: OpenAI's Smart Speaker with Moving Parts Priced Over $300, Shipping in 2027

OpenAI's planned smart speaker is taking shape, according to Bloomberg. The company's first hardware device will be donut-shaped, roughly the size of a hockey puck, feature moving parts, and be priced above $300. The device is expected to ship in 2027.
