Pika Launches API Club Membership for Low-Cost Access to Gen Media Models

Video generation model company Pika announced the launch of the Pika API Club, a membership service designed to give developers access to leading generative media models at lower costs.
Pika noted that many API aggregation platforms mark up prices by as much as 3x. To counter this, they built their own API, negotiated better rates, and kept their markup as low as possible to pass the savings on to developers. This initiative aims to break down high API cost barriers and empower the next generation of builders and creators.
