Claude Code v2.1.224 Adds Self-Hosted Runners and Cross-Session Messaging

Anthropic releases Claude Code v2.1.224, introducing several enterprise-grade and workflow updates.
- Self-hosted runners: Allows using your own machines or containers to run Web, mobile, and desktop sessions (available for Team and Enterprise plans).
- Cross-session messaging: Introduces SendMessage, enabling Claude Code sessions to message each other across any machine, with ListAgents for discovery.
- Security & sandbox enhancements: Adds structured credential-masking options (supporting JWT and AWS SigV4 re-signing), fixes a bypass vulnerability for filesystem deny entries with trailing slashes on Linux/macOS, and lets Claude see specific network or file access denial reasons in Bash tool results.
- Other improvements: Supports installing plugins via HTTPS zip archives and fixes a bug where long project paths resolved to incorrect session directories.
