Anthropic Burns 80% Less Capital Than OpenAI, Says Hedge Fund CIO Gavin Baker

In a recent interview, Gavin Baker, CIO of Atreides Management, pointed out that OpenAI and Anthropic are completely different in terms of capital efficiency. He noted that Anthropic has a dramatically lower cost per token and has burned about 80% less capital than OpenAI, resulting in very different structural ROICs for the two businesses.
