VIGIL is a real-time terminal dashboard for monitoring hardware power usage. It tracks live wattage, thermals, clock speeds, efficiency scores, and electricity costs for CPU, GPU, RAM, and individual processes. The tool runs entirely within the terminal without a browser, background service, or telemetry.
