Open-Source GIS Library GeoLibre Adds Topological Polygon Editing

The open-source geospatial project GeoLibre announced support for topological polygon editing.
Key new features:
- Prevents overlaps when creating polygons and synchronizes shared-vertex edits across adjacent polygons.
- Adds a toolbar control and programmatic options to enable or disable topology.
- Enabling topology automatically enables snapping.
Users can try the feature via the Web app, GitHub, and official documentation.
