NVIDIA Open-Sources Full Local Speech Stack: ASR, TTS, and Codecs

NVIDIA has open-sourced its entire speech technology stack, enabling on-device execution via NeMo-Speech.cpp.
- ASR Models: Includes Nemotron-3.5 ASR Streaming, Parakeet CTC 1.1B, and Parakeet TDT 0.6B v3.
- TTS Models: Features multilingual Magpie-TTS and Nemotron Speech Streaming EN 0.6B.
- Audio Codec: Introduces NanoCodec Merged PR.
All models can be quantized to GGUF format for efficient local deployment.
