Historically, we taught children that participating in society and being useful brings security, fulfillment, and shared prosperity. However, at the dawn of AGI, the reality for adults is shifting towards "negotiating and bickering to get what you want without giving anything back."
This reflects a deep concern about the dissolution of labor meaning and the potential shift of social contracts into zero-sum games in the AGI era.
