Kimi K3 Open-Weight Model Goes Live in GitHub Copilot

Moonshot's latest open-weight model, Kimi K3, is now generally available in GitHub Copilot, hosted by Fireworks AI.
The model focuses on highly cost-effective agentic coding and is gradually rolling out across Copilot Pro, Enterprise, and various IDE clients. Copilot Business and Enterprise administrators need to manually enable the model policy in their settings before it can be selected.
