Dev Uses Claude Code to Run SuperCollider, Creating an All-Day AI DJ
generativist · x · 2026-08-07
A developer shared a highly creative use case for AI: running SuperCollider (an audio synthesis programming environment) in the background using Claude Code to generate Techno music all day.
The best part is a concurrently running Pi session, which allows the developer to demand real-time changes to the music via natural language. He joked that he basically has a personal "bard/fiddler" following him around all day, ready to tweak the track on command.
