Hermes Agent Rescues Home Assistant Data from Crashed Raspberry Pi
Teknium · x · 2026-08-07
A developer shared a successful use case of the Hermes Agent: their old Raspberry Pi running Home Assistant failed to boot, and the microSD card became unreadable when connected to a Mac, risking the loss of all backups.
After asking Hermes Agent for help, the model managed to read the corrupted card, extract the backups, and successfully restore the data to a new Home Assistant Green device.
