MiniMax-H3 Runs Fully Offline on Mac Studio, Generates Video with Stereo Audio

A developer successfully ran the MiniMax-H3 model fully offline on an M3 Ultra Mac Studio with 512GB of RAM. Using an 8-bit pack, the model occupies 69GB on disk.
In the test, the model took 39 minutes to generate a 15-second video featuring three shots and 32kHz stereo denoised audio. The author highlighted their zero prior knowledge in filmmaking, demonstrating the potential of local multimodal generation.
