Suno to Introduce Audio Watermarking to Combat Spammy AI Music

AI music generation platform Suno announced plans to implement new watermarking technology and download policies to limit the spread of spammy AI tracks and increase transparency. In a blog post, CEO Mikey Shulman stated that the company is rolling out new transparency tools aligned with emerging industry standards to make Suno-generated content easier to identify. Suno also aims to partner with distribution platforms to combat fraud and misuse, seeking further legitimacy in the industry.
