Ethan Mollick: Employees Mostly Use Native Chatbots for AI at Work

Wharton professor Ethan Mollick points out that although companies can access multiple models via platforms like Vertex AI, most employees default to the provider's native chatbot or app when using AI. He also expressed frustration that Deep Think mode, which showed huge promise as an alternative to the GPT-5 Pro series, seems to have been abandoned.
