PocketJS Brings Full pi Harness to ESP32: Embedded Devices Can Now Self-Evolve
dotey · x · 2026-08-07
PocketJS introduces Pocket Pi, a minimal JS runtime based on QuickJS that runs a full pi harness on ESP32. It supports dynamic loading of native pi ESM plugins, enabling conversation, tool calls, workspace management, scheduling, and agent loop wake-ups with a built-in UI. Agents can be first-class citizens, creating and iterating plugins/apps across all PocketJS-supported hardware.
