Tesla and SpaceX are planning a joint venture to build a massive facility named Terafab in Grimes County, Texas.
The site will span over 10 million square feet, with an initial investment of approximately $16.8 billion and up to $119 billion overall. The factory is expected to employ around 3,000 people, with the core goal of producing over 1 terawatt of compute annually.
