MiniMax H3 base weights are now downloadable, but full capabilities remain restricted. The open-source release includes FL2VA and Ref2VA base checkpoints, with local examples supporting up to 768p resolution requiring four GPUs.
Closed components include Context IR and Regenerate 2K, which are only accessible via ZenMux's hosted API gateway. Additionally, the license explicitly excludes the US, EU, UK, and South Korea, meaning it is not globally unrestricted.
