As intelligence becomes autonomous, the way we measure the economy is about to undergo a fundamental shift.

For centuries, global productivity has been measured in human labor hours. However, future productivity will be determined by our ability to sustain autonomous AI at scale. Consequently, the defining metric of the 21st century will be IPW (Intelligence per watt).

The true power of a nation or a company will lie in how efficiently it can convert a single watt of energy into a unit of non-biological intelligence.
