Chinese humanoid robotics leader Unitree is raising $904 million. The offering will sell 10% of the enlarged company, implying a valuation of $9 billion.
According to its prospectus, Unitree disclosed strong operational metrics:
- Shipments: Delivered over 5,500 humanoids in 2025, ranking first globally by volume.
- Financials: Revenue reached approximately $251.8 million with an attributable net profit of $41.2 million. The main-business gross margin stood at an impressive 60.13%.
Technologically, the company acknowledged limited early investment in real-world data collection and model training. However, intelligent-robot model research is now slated as its largest project, with a recent partnership with DeepSeek for model development. In Q1 2026, revenue surged 68.5% year-over-year, though adjusted profit dropped 52.6% due to climbing R&D and marketing expenditures.
