Serial Entrepreneur Elias Torres Launches AI Agent Startup Agency

Serial entrepreneur Elias Torres, who previously founded Drift (acquired for $1.2B), has launched a new AI agent startup named Agency. He is also joining e-commerce marketing platform Klaviyo as Chief Product Officer to lead its AI agent initiatives.
Backed early by Array VC, Torres founded Agency after experimenting with next-generation AI tools. He will leverage his decades-long relationship with Klaviyo's CEO to drive deep AI integration in the e-commerce marketing space.
