Dev complains of unexplained Claude account suspensions and no human support

A developer reported on X that multiple accounts from their company were inexplicably suspended by Anthropic's Claude. One new employee was banned even before sending a single prompt. Despite being a member of the Claude Partner Network, they have been unable to reach a human for support.
