ComfyUI Adds INT8 VAE Support, Converts MiniMax Model

ComfyUI has integrated Kijai's support for INT8 convrot VAEs, successfully applying it to convert the MiniMax H3 video VAE. This update lowers the hardware barrier for local video generation deployment. The quantized model files are now available on Hugging Face.
