Introducing T7 Promoter Calculator: Accurately Predict and Optimize Genetic Transcription

This research introduces the T7 Promoter Calculator model. It predicts the T7 transcription rate for every start site across a genetic system's sequence, including both canonical and low-affinity sites. It can also redesign T7 expression systems to remove the production of long RNA byproducts.
