Meta Launches MuseCode Coding Agent Environment with 95% Off Data-Sharing Tier
量子位 · wechat · 2026-08-06
Meta has opened beta testing for MuseCode, a coding agent environment, alongside its latest model MuseSpark 1.2. MuseCode handles complex, cross-file engineering tasks in large codebases using a main loop paired with persistent asynchronous background agents, featuring precise replay and restart safety.
To accelerate data collection, Meta introduced a 'Contributor' tier: users opting to share data get a 95% discount, making it cheaper than DeepSeek. MuseSpark 1.2 significantly increased coding training compute and successfully optimized low-level kernels on Nvidia GPUs for 24 hours continuously.
