ENCODE Releases Atlas of 3,865 Deep Learning Models for Human Regulatory DNA

The ENCODE consortium announced GRAMMAR (Genomic Regulatory Atlas of sequence Models, Motifs, Annotations & Rules), a foundational resource for decoding human regulatory DNA. The release includes 3,865 experiment-specific deep learning model sets and sequence annotations, all of which have been individually optimized and thoroughly vetted by researchers.
