Testing LTX upscaler: Generating high-res images on low VRAM GPUs
AniZeee · reddit · 2026-08-06
A Reddit user shared a text-to-image workflow test, successfully generating high-resolution images on a consumer-grade low-VRAM RTX 3060 by forcing an LTX upscaler into the pipeline.
The workflow generates an initial image at 0.2 megapixels with 15-20 steps, which is then upscaled using the LTX upscaler. Each image takes about 8-11 minutes to generate, providing a viable solution for high-res generation on low-end GPUs.
