A developer pointed out that many C-suite executives are currently using AI transcription tools during calls without disclosing them to other participants. While the legal status of AI transcriptions is still being litigated, using such tools covertly without disclosure poses a high risk of triggering numerous civil lawsuits before the legal framework is settled.
