WorkGraph: Turning AI Coding Sessions into Reusable Memory
adnan_hashmi · x · 2026-08-06
WorkGraph is an open-source tool that monitors Claude Code and Codex sessions, compiling them into a structured memory directory. By providing new sessions with a concise brief of what was built and known traps, it prevents agents from starting from scratch and repeating mistakes. It also includes a Web UI to visualize the project's full developmental journey.
