Meta Chief AI Officer: Agent Swarms Can Outperform 100-Engineer Teams

Speaking at Y Combinator Startup School, Meta's Chief AI Officer Alexandr Wang revealed that internally, Meta has seen cases where developing the right agentic loop with the right evaluation system allows a swarm of agents to accomplish tasks more handily than a team of 100 engineers.
