shadcn Launches Questionnaire Component for Multi-Step Agent Flows

shadcn has released a new Questionnaire component designed to build multi-step question flows, ideal for scenarios like agents asking follow-up questions.
The component supports single and multiple choice, freeform answers, skippable and conditional steps, alongside controlled and resumable state with custom validation. It features full keyboard navigation with shortcuts, and is SSR-ready and accessible. It is currently available for Base UI, Radix, and React Aria, as well as an unstyled headless version in shadcn/react.
