markjeffrey · x · 2026-08-06
A global enterprise client was unsatisfied with the results from ElevenLabs for English-to-Japanese dubbing due to omitted lines and mistranslations.
VIDAIO built a curated multi-model workflow using separate models for transcription, translation, dubbing, and voice cloning, complete with a QA layer to catch errors. In testing, this orchestrated system scored 82/100, significantly outperforming ElevenLabs' 52/100.
