Running MiniMax H3 on RTX 3060 6GB: A ComfyUI low-VRAM tutorial
cgpixel23 · reddit · 2026-08-06
This tutorial details how to run the MiniMax H3 video generation model on an RTX 3060 with only 6GB of VRAM.
- Core Workflow: Combines GGUF models, Sigma Shift, and Spectrum Apply nodes to significantly reduce VRAM usage during inference.
- Quality Enhancement: Since low VRAM necessitates generating initial low-resolution videos, the author demonstrates how to upscale them using LTX 2.3 for sharp, high-resolution output.
- Resources: Provides a full ComfyUI workflow file and a video tutorial, making it highly accessible for creators without top-tier hardware.
