Elicit has officially launched the Research Agent, an AI environment specifically designed to assist with high-stakes decisions.
While AI is already useful for finding information, summarizing evidence, and suggesting ideas, the company notes it still falls short in navigating complex nuances for critical decisions. The new agent aims to scale up good reasoning, helping users think better. It is accessible via the web interface and can also be integrated into custom workflows using an API.
