SenseTime released SenseNova U1.5-Lite-Preview, a lightweight, natively unified multimodal model built on the NEO-Unify architecture. With 8B-MoT parameters, it natively understands, reasons, generates, and edits across modalities.
Key Highlights:
- High Resolution: Supports up to 4K native image generation with richer details and fewer visual artifacts.
- Text Rendering: Striking improvements in EN/CN text rendering and complex layout composition.
- Image Editing: Improved editing quality on GEdit-Bench (8.17 for EN, 8.05 for ZH). It handles reference-guided style transfer, multi-reference composition, and local editing reliably.
