Proxmox VE Launches Official ARM64 Support, Fully Compatible with NVIDIA Grace Hopper

Virtualization platform Proxmox VE has announced its first official support for a second CPU architecture: 64-bit ARM (arm64/aarch64), having previously been exclusive to x86-64.
The new Proxmox VE 9.2 for arm64 shares its codebase and package repositories with its x86-64 counterpart. It is built on Debian 13.5 with Linux kernel 7.0, shipping with the latest core technologies like QEMU 11.0, LXC 7.0, and ZFS 2.4. Configuration and tooling are identical to the x86-64 version.
For hardware, it offers full support on NVIDIA Grace Hopper and NVIDIA Vera platforms, with best-effort support for other UEFI-based ARMv9-A or newer hardware. Device-tree-only single-board computers like the Raspberry Pi are not supported.
