Testing MiniMax H3 on RTX 3060: 40-Minute Generation and Poor Prompt Adherence

A developer using an RTX 3060 (12GB VRAM) shared a frustrating experience running the MiniMax H3 video generation model locally.
Even with optimizations like SolAttn enabled and reduced resolution, generating a video still took about 40 minutes. More critically, the user complained about the model's extremely poor prompt adherence, making it difficult to achieve satisfactory results. They are currently looking forward to the release of a Turbo version for better efficiency.
